Mr. Waters has worked in the engineering field as an Information Technology Consultant (IT/Telecommunication engineering), primarily in the Oil and Gas industry. He has led various communication, security, and IT projects in his career with ExxonMobil Global Services Company and was an IT Infrastructure Manager at Marathon Oil Company prior to joining ExxonMobil.
